Before you write
No rain radar where you are
Droog reads the Dutch rain radar and is supported in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. Outside that area it will say so rather than guess. We are working on more countries; the radar is the limit, not the ambition.
Alerts are not arriving
Check that notifications are allowed for Droog in iOS Settings, that Live Activities are enabled, and that rain alerts are switched on in Droog itself. Alerts also need a location permission — without one there is nowhere to check the rain for.
Something about a purchase
Apple handles every purchase, so refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com and subscriptions are managed in your App Store settings. We cannot see or change them.
Make the server forget me
Turn rain alerts off in Droog, which deletes the registration immediately. Deleting the app does the same within about two weeks. The privacy policy has the detail.
Testing Droog
Droog is in TestFlight while it is finished. Join the beta — bugs, opinions and complaints about the wording are all welcome.
